Well, we are on our way home from a really nice weekend. Saturday, we went over to Chris and Steph’s house. Its neat to see Linnea develop. For the first time, she is really interacting with us. Her smile is beautiful, and her laugh enchanting. Justin was over there with his little girl, Lexi. She is really cute, and the four month difference is amazing in their capabilities. Anyway, we just hung out and played on the Wii.
The next morning we hung out a litte more. Since it is Easter, we were going to the thing that my family does every year. We convinced Steph to come with us and to take the babies while Chris and Justin stayed to finish installing a planter that Chris had been working on. We had a really nice time seeing my family, especially since it has been a few years since the last time that we have gone to one of the big ones. It was at this really nice community building, which turned out to be only 20 minutes away. After doing the Easter thing, we went back to the house for a short time, and left for home (stopping at Red Lobster for dinner).
Its been a great weekend, and I wish that we had more time to spend with them. Oh well, time to get back to real life.
