Grumpy?

I apparently gave Bionca the impression that I was upset with her. If I was short with her, I certainly did not mean to be. When she said something to me about it I appoloized though that didn’t seem to satisfiy her at first. After she ate, however, all was well again. In reality, I was just really hungry and feeling a bit frustrated with the doctor’s office.

They didn’t answer the phone while we were out getting lost, and then they didn’t call me back after leaving a message. They are really bad about calling back, since they never called for setting up my initial visit, until I went back to my doctor and asked about it, and have failed to call me back the 3 subsiquent times that I have left a message. Now, when I called to reschedule, I have to wait until the 22nd to see the doctor, so I can make an appointment for a sleep study! I’m not even going in for the primary examination. So, why did I see the first doctor and get the bloodwork done and go back for the results? I know that he needs to go over some things with me, but can’t we take care of that all at once? They are part of the same medical network after all. Seems to me to be an excuse to charge for an extra visit.

I am going to call the doctor that mom and dad went to. He’s closer to home anyway. They seem to have a better understanding of customer service.
