When you have leftover fried rice in the refrigerator that may be a little dry, but is otherwise good to eat, you can bring it back to life! To do so, just put it on your plate (and break up the clumps), but before you nuke it, sprinkle a little bit of water on it (you can use a mister or wet your hand and flick a little on the rice), then take two sheets of paper towels and wet them. Wring them out, and cover the plate with it. Heat as normal. Assuming you didn’t over heat the rice, it should come out moist and fluffy again.

Note, do not over wet the rice. If it is not moist enough, just sprinkle a little more water and nuke again.
