After work last night, Bionca was wiped, so I decided to make dinner. Usually, I am not bad, but this night I didn’t do so well. I made steak with mushrooms and onions with mashed potatoes and green beans. Unfortunately, my timing was off and I kept the steak in the oven too long. It wasn’t burned, but it was over cooked and tough. The flavor was good, but Bionca couldn’t finish it, and Charlotte wound up eating well. Oh well… They can’t all be winners.
